The pallet wrapping robot model Robo Wrap 600 B is a battery-powered machine designed for wrapping pallets of any shape, weight and size using stretch film. The machine is equipped with a motorised pre-stretch with fixed ratios with a rotation speed of 35/90 m/min and a carriage up and down speed that can be adjusted (along with other parameters) via a simple and intuitive colour touch screen control panel.

MANOEUVRABILITY AND SAFETY

To facilitate the movement of the pallet wrapping robot by the operator, two controls have been installed on the drawbar that allow the machine to be moved electrically. The front of the pallet wrapping robot is also fitted with a safety bumper that allows the machine to stop immediately should it collide with an operator or obstacle.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ROBOT

The pallet wrapping robot can process products with minimum dimensions of L 600 x W 600 x H 1000 mm. The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and a 7.2 colour touch screen display that allows the adjustment of different parameters such as carriage up and down speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, automatic film cutting, reinforcement cycle at preset height, etc.
